SONGREPS is a Colorado-rooted songwriting community operated by Worship And The Word Movement Inc (“SONGREPS,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account and profile details you give us: name, email address, phone number, bio, links, and photo.
- Content you create: songs, lyrics, notes, comments, and submissions.
- Basic usage information needed to run the platform, such as login activity and pages viewed.
How we use your information
- To run the writing groups: create your account, place you in a cohort, and show your profile and submissions to the community as you choose.
- To communicate with you: account messages, cohort communications, weekly reminders, and program updates by email and, if you opt in, text message.
- To improve and protect the platform.
Text messaging
If you opt in, we send program text messages (described in our SMS Terms). The phone number you provide for texts is used only for SONGREPS communications. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in and consent data is never shared or sold. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the platform (for example, our website host and our text-messaging provider, Twilio), and only as needed for them to perform that service. We may disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
- Stop text messages by replying STOP, or contact us.
- Update your profile and contact details from your account.
- Ask us to correct or delete your information by contacting us.
Data security and retention
We use reasonable measures to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed to run the program and meet legal obligations.
Children
SONGREPS is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new effective date here.
